I was very impressed with my experience today as a new patient. Rita was incredible throughout the entire process. She made me comfortable and explained what she was doing throughout the appointment. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a pain-free experience during and after a cleaning! Dr. Giera was so kind and personable during my exam. She took the time to closely examine me and explain what she was looking for as she went. I appreciated that she took time to talk with me about next steps for my wisdom teeth and what to expect during my pregnancy. Dr. Kelly was amazing!! As first time parents she revised our daughter's lip tie. She was so professional yet personable, and made us feel so confident with our decision to have it done. She was extremely detailed in letting us know how the procedure would go, as well as the after care, and the fact that we could reach her after hours truly meant so much! Did not recommend anything that was not needed. Very trustworthy. Some dentists try to upsell you in procedures you do not need and don't you the truth, not the case with this place. Dr. Giera and staff are very friendly and do excellent work. I just had a filling repaired and thought the service was excellent. My only complaint is I don't think there should be an evaluation charge along with a filling charge. The evaluation charge makes the service provided on the expensive side. The staff is efficient, patient, and friendly. There is no waiting. You are seen within 5 minutes of your appointment time. My daughter had her regular scheduled cleaning and X-rays.
